While we work hard to maintain the prices we've promised, changes in schedules, prices, taxes and other factors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we'll give you the option to either adjust your travel dates to better align with your budget and preferences or receive a full refund.
Once we have receive the final confirmation from the airline, early bird promotion status will be removed from your booking.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for confirmation.
Balance Payment: The balance payment must be paid as per the listed payment schedule.
Payment Schedule Compliance: Ensure payments are made in accordance with the payment schedule to avoid booking cancellation or any charges that might be incurred to reinstate the booking.
No Refund: While we make every effort to accommodate customer requests, we are unable to offer a refund once the booking is confirmed, unless the issue is due to an error on our part. Postponing Your Trip: Once your booking is confirmed, your slots with the respective travel partners (airline, hotel, etc.) have been secured. Although we will do our best to assist with any changes, we cannot guarantee that adjustments will be possible.
